‘Appan’ is helmed by the director Maju and the story which is penned down by the writers R Jayakumar and Maju will revolve around a character named Itty and his family. As Itty gets bedridden for ages, his son Njoonj, his family, and the whole society wishes for his death. The trailer and the premise of ‘Appan’ look intriguing and can also offer some of the magnificent performances of the leads.

‘Appan’ boasts a strong cast that includes the actors Sunny Wayne, Alencier Ley Lopez, Ananya, Grace Antony, and Pauly Valsan.

On the other hand, Sunny Wayne’s previous outing was with the deep water thriller ‘Adithattu’ and the actor also played a prominent role in the Suresh Gopi starrer investigative thriller ‘Pappan’. Sunny Wayne also has a host of highly ambitious projects in the pipeline that includes ‘Thrayam’, ‘Vritham’, ‘9MM’, ‘Padachone Ingalu Kaatholee’, and ‘Vela’.
